ITS has recently been made aware of a known issue in Blackboard Learn that causes students to get an error message when trying to open quick feedback documents posted to the gradebook by instructors. ITS is working with Blackboard to come up with alternative solutions.
This morning we were made aware of a problem with Blackboard that prevented students from submitting assignments using Safari 11.1 (the latest version of the default web browser for Apple operating systems). Blackboard Support identified this problem as a bug and provided a fix to Information Technology Services (ITS). We applied the fix this afternoon and students should be able to use Safari 11.1 normally again.
